Welcome to Olive Toys! My name is Rosalind, and I am the proud founder of this little venture, which is very close to my heart. Olive Toys was born out of love, inspiration, and a desire to give the best to my firstborn, Olivia. As a first-time mother and a stay-at-home mum, I found myself deeply immersed in the world of child development, sensory play, and, of course, the daily joys of motherhood.

From the moment Olivia entered our lives, I was determined to create an environment that would foster her creativity and sensory exploration. I believe that play is one of the most powerful tools for learning, and I wanted Olivia to experience the world through her senses, developing fine motor skills and an expansive imagination. This is how the idea of Olive Toys took shape.

Spending a great deal of time in the kitchen, I noticed how fascinated Olivia was with the various food items I worked with. This inspired me to create felt wool toys that mimic real-world food items, allowing children to engage in sensory play while also developing a love for these everyday objects. Not only are these toys fun and educational, but they also double as beautiful pieces of home decor when not in use, adding a touch of whimsy to any space.
